Ile de France Montaver

— 150 g —

What’s the secret of the Montaver recipe? A unique combination of ferments creating this fruity hazelnut taste. Its delicate pressing allows the slices to melt slowly and delicately when heated.

Ile de France Charmidor

— 150 g —

The cream-enriched milk is associated to specific ferments, activity of which is extended during the maturation process. In this way our master cheese makers obtain unique taste and aspect of Charmidor.

Ile de France Brie

— 150 g —

The milk is enriched with cream as soon as it arrives at the cheese dairy. Our master cheese makers then ensure  the delicate ripening process (not too long nor too warm) which preserves the  specific creamy taste of Brie.

Ile de France Normantal

— 150 g —

The milk is mixed with the rennet, in order to obtain a very delicate curd, that our master cheese makers will then drain just a little. The Normantal texture stays creamy and develops a strong fruity personality during the ripening process.
