Put Brie into refrigerator for atleast 1 night before cooking. Put sugar into astewpan, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with water. Stir, bring tothe boil and cook over medium heat until golden caramel. Take the Brie Ile deFrance out ofrefrigerator and make 12 slices. Put sesame seeds inaflat plate. Once caramel isgolden remove itfrom heat. Stab pieces ofcheese with afork and quickly dip into caramel. The pieces ofcheese should becovered from all sides. Then season them with sesame seeds. Wait until caramel thickens and serve.
