Italian-style breakfast with eggs, pieces of bread and cheese Smetankovyi Zveny Gora

smoked bacon —50 g,
cheese Smetankovyi Zveny Gora – 100 g,
pieces of bread (baguette or ciabatta),
olive oil —1 tablespoon,
salt, pepper to taste.

Beat the eggs in a bowl; add milk, salt, pepper and green onion finely cut. Mix with the help of a whisk. Dice the cheese and add to the mixture. Dice the bacon finely. Heat olive oil in a big frying-pan and fry the bacon until ruddy. Add to the beaten eggs. Dice the onion and cook until translucent in the same frying-pan. Dice bread medium and add to the onion. Fry stirring for 5 min. Wash and dry lettuce or spinach, cut in strips, add to the bread and onion in the frying-pan, mix and pour the egg mixture on top. Put the frying-pan into the oven preheated to 200 °C for 10 min. When the egg mixture hardens, cool off the ready dish and serve.
