Directions

 

Fry chopped onions, mushrooms and cabbage in a pan, add seasonings, cranberries, almonds and greenery. Cut and clean the pumpkin, stuff with fried vegetables and millet. Cover the stuffed pumpkin with a pumpkin cap, put some oil on it and bake for 50 min at 180 С°.

It never gets lost among the tastes of other cheeses and having once tried it you will always be willing to return to it again and again. «Dobrodar» is the kind of cheese our masters can rightly be proud of and for many Ukrainians it is a trademark of Zveny Gora.
