Put the cream in the refrigerator. Preheat a frying pan with butter, add slices of bread and brown on each side. Set aside. Beat 100 ml cream with herbs. The mixture should thicken. Peel the carrots and beets. Cut them into small pieces with a cucumber. Season with salt and pepper. Mix with mustard, and cream with herbs. Leave aside. Beat 200 ml of cream. The cream must be very firm. Drain the oil from the sardines and mix them with tomato paste. Add cumin powder, pepper and mix all with half of the previously whipped cream. Cut the shrimp into slices, add the lemon zest and cilantro powder. Season with salt and pepper, then gently mix with the remaining 100 ml of whipped wound. Beat 10 ml of cream with fresh goat cheese, thicken the mixture and add onions. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. To make sandwiches, toast and oil each slice of bread, then place four different creams on a bread base. Move the slice on top of each preparation. Click to form macaroons and set aside in a cool place before tasting. For a good presentation, before frying, you can cut each slice of sliced ​​bread into round pieces like cookies.
