For sauce:
egg  1,
oil  200 ml,
½ lemon juice,
salt  ½ teaspoon,
pinch of mustard.

First cook home-made mayonnaise. Beat the eggs with salt. While beating, add mustard, lemon juice and finally oil. Boil eggs hard, let them cool off and grate thick. Grate cheese briquettes on a course grater. Grate carrots and garlic medium sized. Mix together, dress the salad with the mayonnaise and stir. Serve on lettuce leaves, slices of bread or as an independent dish.
