Italian pudding with orange syrup and curd cheese Zveny Gora Traditional

semolina  250 g,
eggs  3,
sugar  7 tablespoon,
butter  75 g,
orange juice  200 ml,
orange  1,
almond plates  4 tablespoons,
baking powder  1 teaspoon.

Put curd cheese, soft butter and 4 tablespoons of sugar into the bowl of a food processor or a blender. Whisk until glitter. While whisking at medium speed, add eggs. Mix semolina with baking powder and put spoon by spoon into the whisked mass. Mix well and place on the rectangular baking pan. Level and bake at 180 °С about 40 min. Bring the orange juice to the boil and mix with 3 tablespoons of sugar until the sugar dissolved. Remove the pudding form the oven, pour the orange syrup over it. Dry almond flakes in a dry frying-pan and top the pudding, decorate with orange. Cut into squares and serve.
