Toasts with champignons, spinach and cheese Smetankovyi Zveny Gora

Bread for toasts  5 slices,
mushrooms  150 g,
cheese Smetankovyi Zveny Gora  100 g,
garlic  1 clove,
½ onion,
fresh spinach  150 g,
thyme  12 sprigs,
butter Zveny Gora  1 tablespoon,
oil  1 tablespoon,
salt, pepper to taste.

Dry the slices of bread for toasts in a toaster, then, when toasts are cooled off, grease them with a little bit of butter.
Clean the champignons, cut them in quarters and fry in a dry frying-pan for 1 or 2 min. until golden. Add into the frying-pan 1 tablespoon of oil, cut garlic small, onion, salt and pepper. Cook until the onion softens.
Add clean spinach leaves and heat them until wilted. Spread evenly the champignons with spinach on the toasts; put cheese slices on top and gratinate for 45 min. At your choice, sprinkle them with lemon juice, olive oil and ground black pepper.



Smetankovyi is a soft nutritious cheese with a homogenous texture and an expressive creamy taste. This cheese tastes perfect on a slice of fragrant white bread and is wonderfully combined with fresh fruit or a glass of light young wine.
