Mix in a bowl cottage cheese, vanilla sugar, sugar powder, butter and blendered shortcakes. Wrap strawberries in this mass forming small balls. Fry coconut chips without oil and separately melt the chocolate. Dip the balls in the chocolate and then in coconut chips.
