walnuts — 1 handful of.
For dressing:
olive oil — 3 tablespoons,
honey — ½ teaspoon,
soy sauce, balsamic vinegar to taste.

Directions

 

Wrap the beetroot in foil and bake in oven at 200 °C until ready, then grate on a course grater. For the salad dressing mix olive oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar. Dress the beetroot with the mixture and stir. Crush the walnuts, dry them on a dry frying-pan and mix with the beetroot. Decorate with nuts and fresh herbs on top and serve.
