Cutlets with mushrooms and cheese Ukrainskiy Zveny Gora
Mincemeat, your choice— 400 g, egg— 1, cheese Ukrainskiy Zveny Gora— 100 g, onion— 1, garlic— 2 cloves, mushrooms— 100 g, thyme— 1 pinch, bread crumbs, salt and pepper totaste.

Cut the onion and garlic and fry inolive oil. Add finely chopped mushrooms. Cook stirring for 3–4 min. Add salt, pepper and thyme. Inabowl mix mincemeat with anegg, add salt and pepper. Cut the cheese Ukrainskiy Zveny Gora into bars 1 cmthick. Take apart ofthe mincemeat and flat itonthe palm. Put apiece ofcheese and ateaspoon ofmushroom stuffing inthe centre and pinch the edges forming acutlet. Coat the cutlet with bread crumbs. Put the cutlets onthe frying pan and cook under the cover over medium heat for 5 min. Then turn them over and cook another 5 min. Put fried cutlets onthe plate and decorate with fresh herbs and vegetables.
