Cutlets with mushrooms and cheese Rosiiskyi Zveny Gora

Mincemeat, your choice  400 g,
egg  1,
cheese Rosiiskyi Zveny Gora  100 g,
onion  1,
garlic  2 cloves,
mushrooms  100 g,
thyme  1 pinch,
bread crumbs,
salt and pepper to taste.

Directions

 

Cut the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil. Add finely chopped mushrooms. Cook stirring for 34 min. Add salt, pepper and thyme. In a bowl mix mincemeat with an egg, add salt and pepper. Cut the cheese Rosiiskyi Zveny Gora into bars 1 cm thick. Take a part of the mincemeat and flat it on the palm. Put a piece of cheese and a teaspoon of mushroom stuffing in the centre and pinch the edges forming a cutlet. Coat the cutlet with bread crumbs. Put the cutlets on the frying pan and cook under the cover over medium heat for 5 min. Then turn them over and cook another 5 min. Put fried cutlets on the plate and decorate with fresh herbs and vegetables.
