Put grated cheese, beans, onions, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper in a pan and beat with a mixer. Form the cutlets from this mass, dip them in egg and breadcrumbs and fry. For the sauce mix garlic, onion, mustard and beat with a blender.
