Smash eggs into the food wrap, make bags and boil the eggs for 3 min. Put broccoli in the boiling water and cook, fry toasts in a pan.
For the sauce melt the butter in the water bath, add eggs, lemon juice, grated cheese and mix all. Once it is ready, beat with a blender until smooth.
