Apple rings in cheese batter

Cottage cheese "Traditional", 5% - 150 g

Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp.

Baking powder 1 tsp.
Vegetable oil, salt, strawberry jam.

Mix cottage cheese, melted butter, baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk, egg, flour and salt and stir thoroughly. Dip apple rings (remove some core in apple slices) into this mass and fry till readiness.
