Slice the pear lengthwise into halves; remove the core with seeds of each pear with a teaspoon. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with cinnamon. Mix the curd cheese with honey, add milled nuts. Stuff the pears with curd cheese mixture, wrap with foil and put on a baking tray. Bake in oven for 25 min. at medium temperature until soft.
