The brand representing the well-known French cheeses in the world. It is called in honor of the ship, which first brought the French cheese Brie to the United States of America. It happened in 1936 and since then Ile de France remains being the largest exporter of French cheeses to the country.

The milk is enriched with cream as soon as it arrives at the cheese dairy. Our master cheese makers then ensure the delicate ripening process (not too long nor too warm) which preserves the specific creamy taste of Brie.
Ile de France Normantal -150 g-
The milk is mixed with the rennet, in order to obtain a very delicate curd, that our master cheese makers will then drain just a little. The Normantal texture stays creamy and develops a strong fruity personality during the ripening process.
