Thus TM "Zveni Gora" products should become much better, tastier and healthier with sustained quality.  

Unlike many other brands TM "Zveni Gora" produces its cheeses withoutthe use of vegetable fats. It is one of the main rules and benefits of our products.

The Compliance with the highest standards of cheese making technology, quality control of raw materials and final products allow us to be proud of our hard cheeses. They have a pronounced flavor and a great nutritive value. Hard cheeses are used in preparation of soups, sandwiches, paste, salads, ragout, and in many other different dishes.

Modern package helps to keep cheese from spoilingand makes it possible to enjoy its delicate flavor any meal.

It is better to dish cheese with fresh bread, pears, apples, figs, prunes or raisins. Green onions, olives, and green beans may be added to the cheese plate, which will help to reveal all flavors and aromas of the cheese.

70g of cheese contains the same amount of protein as 100g of meat, 100g of fish or 2 eggs. Cheese is also a source of vitamins A, B2, B12 and D. It has a lot of calcium, phosphorus and zinc.

Cheese Dobrodar created by renowned masters of  TM "Zveni Gora" is a unique product on Ukrainian market. This cheese is a combination of cheese making traditions and modern technologies. Only selected milk and high-quality starters are used for its production. After molding the product within a few days is coated with wax layer by layer. This process is similar to the rotation of a bottle of champagne to create a unique taste. Wax allows the product to breathe and gives saturated flavor of ripe cheese with delicate fruity-nutty hints.

In 2002 "Zvenigorodskiy Cheese-making Plant" joined French company Savencia Group which is one of the world's largest producers of cheese.
In 2011 TM "Zveni Gora" extended its portfolio with imported products due to its affiliation to an international group which is present in many European countries.

Under the trade mark "Bonjour de France" soft cheeses such as "Camembert”and“Brie” are produced. The very name "Bonjour de France" is translated as "Hello from France". The fact is that these cheeses come from France and are traditional in this country.

“Camembert” and “Brie” are soft cheeses with white moldy rind. Under their thin white rind there is melting texture and fresh flavor kept for a long time due to sealed package of cheese "Bonjour de France".
